Recipes

“Cookie Dough” Balls

affiliated links at the end of this post.

Hi friends, I wanted to share a quick and easy sweet treat with you today. A friend of mine shared it with me not long ago and my family hasn’t been able to get enough. I made them for a friend who just had a baby and her kids loved them just as much, so I knew I needed to share. Its super easy and just as delicious…maybe too delicious. When I make these I double the recipe and store them in the fridge for a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

2 cups Oatmeal

1 cup Lilly’s sugar free chocolate chips ( you can also use regular chocolate chips)

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup flaxseed

2/3 cup raw Honey

2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Pull out a cookie sheet and place wax paper on top. Then get a large mixing bowl and add your Oatmeal, Flaxseed, peanut butter and honey and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Then add your vanilla, and chocolate chips and continue to mix and knead until well combined. With a large tablespoon scoop out sections of the “dough” and roll into balls and set aside on the wax paper. Once all the mixture is in balls place your cookie sheet into the fridge for a half hour and then ENJOY! Store your cookie dough balls in the fridge in a sealed container for quick sweet treats.
