These cookies have been a fan fav for the last several months and I knew I just had to share this recipe with you. We made them a little extra Christmas by sprinkling some extra chocolate on top.

If your in a bind and need a delicious cookie to share at the next family gathering,  your next event or a fun cookie exchange with friends look no further.

The Peanut butter with the chocolate chips and butterscotch is just the perfect blend.

Peanut Butter Butterscotch Cookies

• 2 sticks Softened butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup Peanut Butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 bag chocolate chips
• 1 bag butterscotch chips

Mix together butter, Peanut butter, Sugar, Brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.

Then add Baking soda, flour and mix together until fully combined and smooth.

Finally add your Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips.

Chill for 30 min.

Bake at 350 for 10min and ENJOY.

I added some melted chocolate for Christmas to ours but that is optional.
