Using the measurements we’ve gathered with VR Technology, we will build a photo-realistic 3D rendering to bring your curated design to life. These renderings allow you to virtually walk through your space allowing you to the opprotunity to visulaize your space before committing.

Here, we bring the concept to life by refining the details—selecting finishes, sourcing furnishings, and finalizing layouts. You’ll have the opportunity to visualize your space through mood boards, floor plans, and curated selections, ensuring every element aligns with your vision.

We take great care in selecting items that perfectly align with your style and investment. Our mood boards are hyperlinked for easy visualization. This process typically takes 8-10 hours to create a cohesive design plan, which includes sourcing, pricing, and preparing a detailed proposal that includes tracking expenses . During this phase we meet and go over all recommendations and provide samples. All recommendations are conveniently organized into a spreadsheet for your reference.

The final phase is where the magic happens. We coordinate orders, manage timelines, and oversee installations, all while ensuring a flawless execution. Your project culminates in a beautifully styled space, ready for you to enjoy.
