Fall Porch Three Ways

PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS 🤗

Some IG friends and I teamed up to share some of our favorite Fall recipes and I couldn’t wait to share these with you. These are SO dang good!! 🌟
For the muffins combine wet into dry
3 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
3cups Pumpkin Purée
1/2 cup melted butter
2tsp vanilla
2eggs
2tsp baking soda + 2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

For the Filling
8oz cream cheese softened
1tsp vanilla
4 tablespoons sugar
2tsp milk

Fill cupcake pan with muffin mix and add (with an icing bag or ziplock bag with the end cut) the cream cheese mixture into the center of the muffins. Garnish with old fashioned oats.

Bake at 350 for 15 min

Yesterday I received a huge box of flowers from @yourpoppyflowers I couldn’t believe how many and how beautiful they were. After a hard week of sickness it truly was such a gift. I finally arranged them today- what do you think?
